Cookies 'n Cream Trifle

An easy, impressive-looking, kinda healthy dessert?
Yes, it's possible.  And so simple.
A trifle-no, not truffle- is really just a layered dessert.
(I think.  Well, that's my definition anyway).

Here are the players:
2-3 sleeves of Oreos
3 boxes of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
2 tubs of cool whip (I use fat free cool whip and mix in a bit of vanilla extract in the tub)
1 1/2 angel food cakes
A pretty, clear bowl or trifle dish

Game plan:

1.  Mix together your 3 boxes of pudding according to the directions. (so, you'll need a lot of fat free milk and a big bowl).  Let set.
2.  Put the Oreos in a big baggie.  Take a rolling pin or skillet and crush the Oreos up real good!
3.  Meanwhile, tear up your angel food cake into bite-sized pieces and add one layer to the bottom of your trifle bowl.  (don't use a knife...break it up with your fingers)
(The yummy, crusty top of the angel food cake is one of my favorite things in the world....if you have never tried it, you are missing out!)
4.Then add a layer of the pudding across the cake. Lick your fingers if nobody's around.
5.  Add a layer of cool whip and then a layer of Oreos. (or, add them in whatever order you'd like.  It'll taste good regardless. Just make sure it looks pretty in the bowl!)
6.  Repeat until you get to the top! Top with Oreos.

So super easy and so delicious.  Let it cool in the fridge before you serve it!

A few other options you might try:
-Instead of Oreos, use fruit!  I love berries, or try raspberries and peaches. (makes it even healthier!)
-Try candy bar pieces (toffee pieces are delicious and add some caramel on the layers!)
-Try different flavors of pudding.
